World wide shipping is free on orders above 1499,- DKK / 200,- EUR for the below countries.

All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from the ordering date.

When the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. All orders will receive a track and trace number, from which they can track their package.

Orders within EU will be delivered within 4-6 business days. Orders outside EU will be delivered within 7-12 business days. Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays and severe weather conditions.

Hofmann Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for weather conditions affecting the delivery time.

Please allow additional transit time when shipping to offshore islands. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Hofmann Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for the payment of customs, taxes or tariffs in your country.All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from the ordering date.

When the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. All orders will receive a track and trace number, from which they can track their package.

 

Payments

We accept American Express, Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, Union Pay and online discount codes.

Discount codes can only be used online. When paying for an order by card you will be asked for the card number, the period of validity and the CVC code.

We use a security standard called 3D-Secure developed by VISA and Mastercard.

All information is encrypted through SSL-encryption, which prevents unauthorizes access to card details.

We do not store card numbers. Your card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Please be aware that some card suppliers reserve the money as soon as the order is placed.

The amount for the given orderwill be captured from the customer when the order has been shipped.

All product prices include Danish VAT of 25%.

Hofmann Copenhagen has the right to change the price of a product at any time.

All transactions are handled and secured by ePay.

There will not be charged any fee on payments other than Nets' fixed fee, which will be paid by Hofmann Copenhagen.

 

Returns

You have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days. The 14 days begin from the day you receive your order. Do NOT send your purchase back to Hofmann Copenhagen before we have given you the permission.

Please contact support@hofmanncopenhagen.com if you wish to return a purchase and await our confirmation.

When we have received your email we will get back to you and find the best possible solution.

In case of return please note that the product must be returned in original condition and in original, undamaged packaging with price sticker and hang tag still attached.

Your returned purchase must be accompanied by the original order invoice/confirmation.

All products must be protected in a box or plastic bag when returning them.

Do not attach tape to the product or its packaging.

Hofmann Copenhagen reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the above listed criteria.

The customer must pay for shipping and purchase tracking/delivery information when returning a package.

In the event that a package is not received or is lost in transait, Hofmann Copenhagen is not responsible for the package if there is no tracking information.

In case of a return within the 14 days, Hofmann Copenhagen will refund the amount originally paid by the customer.

After 14 days, all sales are FINAL.

Please write: Return on a returning package to ensure faster processing in customs.

Faulty Products

If you experience a fault with the order you have received, please contact us immediately on support@hofmanncopenhagen.com.

To speed up the process, please attach a photo of the fault and inform us of your order number.

We will try to resolve the issue with faulty products as soon as possible (within 24 hours on a regular business day).

Please do not send the product(s) back before you have received a confirmation from us.

In case of faulty products we will either refund or exchange the product as soon as we have received it.

We will then confirm the next step and update you.

In case of a refund we will refund the full amount including postage.

Please include a copy of the invoice for the shipping and your bank details, for us to refund the amount.

If you experience that something is missing from your order please don't worry since products can be shipped at different times.

Check your delivery note and/or email to see if it corresponds to the delivery.

 

Warranty

All products sold on shop.hofmanncopenhagen.com are subject to 2 years warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use.

If you believe you have a warranty claim please contact us by email on support@hofmanncopenhagen.com.

Remember to include your order number, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim and if applicable, a description of how the fault occurred.

In case of warranty Hofmann Copenhagen is subject to pay for shipping and refund the money for the given product(s).

 

Terms & Conditions

When we have received your order we will send you an automatic email confirmation by email with details on the order and a binding agreement has been entered into between the customer and Hofmann Copenhagen.

We reserve the right to not deliver in the event that the stock level has been incorrect at the time of receiving the order.

Should we be unable to deliver in accordance to the terms & conditions in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

You need to be aged 18 or more in order to place an order on Hofmann Copenhagen.

If you are under the age of 18 you will need parential or guardian consent.

Forsendelse

Forsendelse er gratis på ordrer over 500 DKK / 67 EUR i Danmark. På ordrer under 500 DKK, bliver der pålagt et forsendelsesgebyr på 50 DKK til Danmark. 

Forsendelse er gratis på ordrer over 1500 DKK / 200 EUR i hele verden. På ordrer under 1499 DKK, bliver der pålagt et forsendelsesgebyr på 50 DKK. Alle ordrer vil blive afsendt indenfor 2-4 arbejdsdage fra den dag ordren er lagt.

Alle ordrer indenfor Danmark leveres til din nærmeste GLS pakkeshop. 

Når ordren bliver afsendt, vil du modtage en bekræftelse på dette pr. mail. Alle ordrer vil modtage et track & trace nummer, fra hvilket de kan spore deres pakke.

Ordrer indenfor EU kan forventes leveret indenfor 4-6 arbejdsdage.

Ordrer udenfor EU kan forventes leveret indenfor 7-12 arbejdsdage.

Forsinkelser kan forekomme ved udsalg, helligdage og dårlige vejrforhold.

Hofmann Copenhagen kan ikke blive holdt ansvarlig for vejrforhold, der evt. kan påvirke forsinkelser på forsendelsen.

Vær opmærksom på ekstra leveringstid for øer. Vi sender ikke pakker til postbokse.

Hofmann Copenhagen kan ikke gøres ansvarlige for betalingen af told, skat eller tariffer i dit land.

 

Betaling

Vi accepterer American Express, Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, Union Pay og online værdikoder.

Værdikoder kan kun blive brugt online. Når du betaler for en ordrer med kort, vil du blive spurgt om kortnummer, gyldighedsperioden samt sikkerhedskoden (CVC).

Al information bliver krypteret gennem SSL-kryptering, der sikrer uønsket adgang til kort detaljer.

Beløbet for din ordrer vil ikke blive hævet, før din ordrer er afsendt.

Vær dog opmærksom på at nogle kortudbydere reserverer beløbet, så snart ordren er lagt.

Så snart ordren er afsendt, vil beløbet blive hævet. Alle produkter inkluderer dansk moms på 25%.

Hofmann Copenhagen har til hver en tid ret til at ændre prisen på et produkt.

Alle transaktioner er håndteret sikkert af ePay.

Der vil ikke blive hævet nogle gebyrer på betalinger andet end Nets' faste gebyrer, som vil blive betalt af Hofmann Copenhagen.

 

Returvarer

Du har retten til at returnere et produkt indenfor 14 dage fra modtagelsesdatoen af din ordrer.

Venligst IKKE send en ordrer tilbage uden at skrive til support@hofmanncopenhagen.com.

Når du har kontaktet os pr. mail, vil vi vende tilbage hurtigst muligt og bekræfte returneringen eller en anden mulig løsning.

Ved returnering skal produktet være i original stand, og  skal returnes i den originale emballage med alle mærker på.

Når du returnerer en ordrer, skal denne have den medfølgende faktura med.

Alle produkter skal beskyttes i en boks eller en plastik pose, når de returneres.

Vær venlig ikke at tape produktet eller dets emballage.

Hofmann Copenhagen forbeholder sig rettigheden til at afvise returvarer, der ikke opfylder ovenstående krav.

Kunden skal betale for afsendelsen af returvaren samt trackingnummer på den gældende pakke.

Såfremt pakken ikke når frem, er det ikke Hofmann Copenhagens ansvar, såfremt der ikke er trackingnummer.

Såfremt returvaren leveres inden 14 dage, vil Hofmann Copenhagen refundere det oprindelige beløb betalt af kunden.

Efter 14 dage er alle salg fuldendte.

Hvis du oplever en reklamation ved et produkt i din ordre bedes du straks kontake os på support@hofmanncopenhagen.com.

For at gøre hele processen hurtigere, beder vi dig om at sende et billede af reklamationen og informere os om dit ordrenummer.

Vi vil derefter forsøge, så vidt muligt, at vende tilbage indenfor 24 timer på en normal arbejdsdag.

Vær venlig ikke at sende reklamationen til os, før vi har bekræftet.

Ved reklamationer vil Hofmann Copenhagen enten refundere eller bytte produktet til et nyt, så snart vi har modtaget det.

Vi vil derefter bekræfte, hvad der vil ske.

I tilfælde af refundering, vil vi refundere det fulde beløb inklusiv forsendelse.

Inkludér venligst en kopi af fakturaen og dine bank detaljer (konto nr + reg. nr), så vi kan refundere beløbet.

Hvis du oplever at der mangler noget i din ordrer, kan det forekomme at de bliver sendt på forskellige tidspunkter.

Garanti

Alle produkter der bliver solgt på shop.hofmanncopenhagen.com har to års garanti.

Denne garanti dækker kun produktionsfejl og ikke slid eller lign. ved brug af tøjet.

Hvis du mener at dit produkt er dækket af garantien, og at der er tale om en produktionsfejl, bedes du sende en mail til os på support@hofmanncopenhagen.com.

I denne bedes du inkludere dit ordrernummer, billeder af fejlen samt en beskrivelse.

Ved en sådan fejl vil Hofmann Copenhagen betale for forsendelse samt refundere det fulde beløb for de(t) pågældende produkt(er).

 

Handelsbetingelser

Når vi har modtaget din ordrer sender vi automatisk en bekræftelse pr. mail med detaljer om din ordrer.

Når dette sker, forkommer der en bunden aftale mellem Hofmann Copenhagen og kunden.

Vi reserverer rettigheden til ikke at sende ordren såfremt der har været fejl i lageroptællingen.

Hvis ikke vi kan levere i forhold til handels og leveringsbetingelserne, som det fremgår af ordrerbekræftelsen, vil vi kontakte dig og give dig muligheden for at cancellere ordren.

Du skal være minimum 18 år for at handle på shop.hofmanncopenhagen.com.

Hvis du er under 18 år, skal du være under overvågning af en værge og have dennes bekræftelse for en eventuel ordre.
